DFW Combat Connect – Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to DFW Combat Connect, an online community platform operated by Personal Safety and Fitness Systems, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “DFW Combat Co.”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DFW Combat Connect app, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform

DFW Combat Connect is designed to provide members of DFW Combat Co. with a space to communicate, connect, and learn. The Platform supports a positive community focused on personal growth, fitness, and self-defense.

2. Eligibility

Use of this Platform is limited to current members, staff, and authorized affiliates of DFW Combat Co. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, data, images, training content, communications, and intellectual property contained in or shared through the Platform are the exclusive property of Personal Safety and Fitness Systems, Inc. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your membership.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

4. User Conduct and Community Standards

DFW Combat Connect is a community built on mutual respect, integrity, and professionalism. To maintain a safe and supportive environment, users agree to the following code of conduct:

Respect Others: Treat all members, instructors, and staff with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or personal attacks of any kind will not be tolerated.
No Solicitation: Members may not use the Platform to advertise, sell, or solicit goods, services, or memberships not authorized by DFW Combat Co.
No Spam or Inappropriate Content: Do not post spam, misleading information, obscene, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Privacy and Confidentiality: Do not share personal information, images, or conversations from the Platform without the consent of the individuals involved.
Safety and Integrity: Refrain from using the Platform to engage in or promote illegal, unsafe, or unethical activity.
Training-Related Communication Only: The Platform is intended for discussions and communications relevant to training, fitness, and community engagement.

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account at our discretion.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Data collected may include contact details, training participation, and app usage for the purpose of improving the member experience and communication.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to maintain a positive and secure environment, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Platform or its content.

Personal Safety and Fitness Systems, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community or our organization.

8. Modifications

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
