Membership hold request

To make it easier for you to get the full value out of your membership, we make it easy to put your account on hold any time you like.

Terms and Conditions: 

- Memberships can be put on hold anywhere from 2 weeks (minimum) to 4 months (maximum) at a time. Holds are also flexible, so if you need more time or are ready to come back sooner just let us know.

- Holds cannot be placed on an account retroactively. 

- During the hold, all of your membership privileges are suspended and your billing dates are pushed back by the length of the hold. Once your hold expires, your membership will resume normally. 

- Sometimes it takes us up to 2 business days to process requests. If you are sending your request within that timeframe, you may get charged another time. Don't worry, however, you'll still get the full value for that payment once your hold expires.

**Once your hold expires you will be responsible for subsequent charges per your Membership Agreement**
