Aw, we're so sorry to see you go! Before you leave, we just need you to give us some information.
If you'd like to put your membership on hold temporarily instead, please fill out the membership hold request form.
Here are some things you should know about cancelling your membership:
we have a 14-day cancellation policy - if you submit your notice within 2 weeks of your next bill date your membership will still automatically renew for one more billing cycle.
Our future rates are subject to change. When you decide to renew your membership you will be charged the current rate at the time.
If you are currently under contract, a termination penalty may apply.
We usually process requests within 2 business days. If you haven't heard from us by then please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
